InspirationScanner
Inlead’s InspirationScanner is Inleads recommendation service allowing the user to see various recommendations on the screen by scanning a material.
The recommendations are served by the extern recommendation service, BibSpire, which is also offered through easyOPAC.
The library can configure the solution so that the user is shown the material that is to be found at the specific library branch or in the complete library collection.
In that case, the user can reserve the material if it’s not available in the local library.
The solution can be used on screen with or without touch. On touch screens, the user can click on a chosen material to read more about it.
The solution requires a screen and a RFID-scanner.
Both can be delivered by Inlead. If the library wishes to purchase hardware on their own, Inlead can assist concering technical requirements.
