Friendly Frank is an innovation offering unprecedented possibilities and flexibility to all libraries – either as a compact unit or as new input in already existing loan and delivery hardware.
Friendly Frank is a small but extremely flexible system that offers library users all the usual self-service functions, such as loan, delivery and payment*, as well as access to reservations and other profile data.
In addition to this, Friendly Frank offers a digital dissemination universe where users can be inspired through digital exhibitions, search the library’s data base, view important news and events, find their way in the library, and scan materials to read reviews, watch videos or receive recommendations on similar works.
Friendly Frank also includes special applications, such as Front Page Browsing, where users can scroll through all materials from a specific shelf or section.
Friendly Frank takes up no more space than a small computer. It can be mounted on tables, walls or placed directly on the shelf amongst the library materials.
Friendly Frank can be configured with software services according to your wishes and may be installed in customized furniture.
