Event Engine
Event engine is a event CRUD system for organisation situated in and near a municipality.
The system offers approval flows, and the ability to distribute data to other entities on fixed schedule. Event engine provides also a solid statics system. The system should be a cloud based application accessed via a browser. These should be support for older MS browser due to the high usages og MS system in public organisation.
The event engine is a back office system services by employees in a municipality or culturals organisations and does not offer a search interface for the end users of the events.
Event engine is a product developed and owned by Inlead and are sold as a part of our cultural portal or as a standalone product.
Event engine
The solution can also be delivered with a so-called “Event engine” that offers distributed updating so that local organizations can update their events themselves. This also gives the municipality an overview of their data.
Event engine offers:
- Distributed updating: cultural organizations can update event data themselves
- Approval flow; automated approval at the organizational level or manual approval
- Makes the municipality independent of other data providers
- API that offers municipal organizations free access to data in a structured format
- Gives the municipality the opportunity to manage the content/data itself.
Event engine has different levels of approval flow and offers APIs/interfaces that give other actors access to the municipality’s event data.
Event engine and the Culture Portal can be purchased independently of each other.
