MinFlex is efficient to use on a daily basis, regardless of whether you are a manager or an employee – and it only takes a few seconds to check out and enter work. As a manager, you have a very good overview of the flow in the entire company.
Over the past few years, MinFlex has demonstrated the importance of a time tracking system that is easy, fast, flexible and accessible from anywhere. MinFlex is browser-based and therefore available on both your mobile and desktop platforms. You don’t have to install anything, just access the system via your favorite browser.

Users:

- Individual user calendar with a good overview.
- Registration of absences such as illness, vacation etc.
- Balance log detailing flex balance development.
- Report tool with export to pdf and Microsoft Excel.
Extra services:
- Time registration for hourly employees without fixed working hours and generation of working time sheets in pdf.
- Integration with Microsoft Outlook in a standalone calendar.
- Integration with SOFDcore from OS2.
- Group management for larger organizations with several/many organizational units.
Administrators and managers:
- Administrative user interface with a good overview.
- Create users and assign a fixed working time calendar (standard time).
- Manually create and manage types of absence and sickness.
- Help users with all the same functions that they can do themselves.
- Create holidays for all users throughout the company and exclude individual users from holidays as needed.
- Activate shared user list with optional info for the day, e.g. who has come in, is on holiday, is sick etc.
- Access detailed logs for users.
- Report tool with export to pdf and Microsoft Excel.

Data:
